Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by us. This is known as the Right to Be Forgotten.

What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Confirm your identity and the scope of your request
  • Assess whether your data can be lawfully erased
  • Inform you of the actions taken, or any reasons why full erasure may not be possible (e.g. for legal or medical record retention)

Limitations
Please note that your Right to Be Forgotten may not apply if:

  • The data is required for legal or clinical obligations
  • The data is necessary for public health reasons or medical care
  • We are required to retain it for compliance with regulatory authorities
