New for 2026 – Hing Hearing have partnered with Neurotone to provide our patients access to Lace AI Pro.

Lace AI Pro is designed to help retrain the brain to turn sound into meaning. With training exercises to help improve; speech in noise (signal processing), rapid speech (processing speed), working memory (recall and retention), and missing word (deductive reasoning).

Using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, you can use your friends and families voices for all of the training activities. You can also select from a huge range of topics which may interest you.

How Does It Work?

This auditory retraining program can be accessed online on a desktop computer or laptop, or via an app for your smartphone or tablet.

It is designed to be used alongside your new hearing solution, or as a standalone solution when recommended by your Audiologist, if hearing aids are not appropriate.

When you purchase hearing aids from us, we will provide you with your unique login details for Lace AI Pro, which can be used as part of your aftercare journey.
